What is included

Everything. There is no feature tier: every workspace gets proximity video and audio, every room, private booths, screen sharing, backgrounds, custom avatars, guest access, its own subdomain and its own branding, for $25 per user per month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, with no card required to start and no charge when it ends. If you decide against it, access to the office stops and nothing is billed. Your workspace stays until you delete it.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a member of your workspace. You can hold more seats than members, but not fewer: to reduce the count below your headcount, remove people first. Visitors you admit as guests do not consume a seat.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. No notice period, no cancellation fee, and no email to anybody — it is a button in your admin portal.

Larger teams and annual billing

There is no published volume tier. Pricing is per seat, per month, and larger or longer commitments are agreed one at a time — if that is you, book a call and a price can be set for your workspace.

How does billing work?

Payments are handled by Stripe, so card details never reach us. An owner subscribes from the admin portal, can add seats at checkout or later, and can open the billing portal at any time to change the card, download invoices, or cancel.
